14 Philip K. Dick books went on sale once before for $1.99 at amazon, and four of them appear to be back at that price today:

A Scanner Darkly
http://www.amazon.com/A-Scanner-Dark.../dp/B005LVR6NC

The Man in the High Castle
http://www.amazon.com/Man-High-Castl.../dp/B005MZN2B2

The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch
http://www.amazon.com/Three-Stigmata.../dp/B005LVR6C8

The Exegesis of Philip K. Dick
http://www.amazon.com/Exegesis-Phili.../dp/B005LVR7DQ

Note: there's also book called "The Best of Philip K. Dick" showing at $1.99 but it's not a real "best of"--it's simply public domain works.

I checked couple and these do not appear to be on sale in the UK.

A few short stories that he failed to renew copyright on. You can find them at Project Gutenberg.

Resonance by Chris Dolley is currently on sale for $0.99 instead of its usual $2.99.

Amazon UK
Amazon US

I bought this back in 2007 when it was published by Baen as part of the June 2007 webscription.

It's an excellent SF story, and an absolute bargain at $0.99.

Agent of Change (Liaden Universe) Sharon Lee and Steve Miller (1st edition)

Quote:
Once a brilliant First-in Scout, Val Con yos'Phelium was "recruited" by the mysterious Liaden Department of Interior and brainwashed into an Agent of Change—a ruthless covert operative who kills without remorse.

Fleeing the scene of his latest murderous mission, he finds himself saving the life of ex-mercenary Miri Robertson, a tough Terran on the run from a team of interplanetary assassins. Thrown together by circumstances, Val Con and Miri struggle to elude their enemies and stay alive without slaying each other—or surrendering to the unexpected passion that flares between them.

At the publisher's request, this title is sold without DRM (DRM Rights Management).

It is also in the omnibus The Agent Gambit (BaenEbooks Amazon) with Carpe Diem. I got it as part of the January 2011 bundle.

Draw One in the Dark by Sarah Hoyt is now in the Baen Free Library.
Amazon link.

Quote:
Every one of us has the beast inside. But for Kyrie Smith, the beast is no metaphor. Since she was 15, when she first shape-shifted into a savage, black panther, Kyrie has questioned her humanity and moved from town to town, searching for a way to feel human again.

Kyrie's lonely life changes forever while waitressing at a cheap diner. Investigating screams from the parking lot, Kyrie stumbles upon a blood-spattered dragon crouching over a mangled human corpse. The dragon changes back into her co-worker, Tom, naked, dazed and unable to remember how he got there.

Thrust into a world of shape-shifting dragons, giant cats and other beasts waging a secret war behind humanity's back, Kyrie may find the answers she seeks—with help from Tom, a mythical object called the Pearl of Heaven, and her own inner beast.

Yeah. I like to read at least the first four books in the order they were published. Agent of Change, Conflict of Honor, Carpe Diem, Plan B. A good introduction to the world and characters.
