Run a command before sending book to device?
I didn't find any entry in the Preferences window, what I'd like to is to automatically delete some unmanifested files from the epub using:
epub-fix --delete-unmanifested before they are sent to device. I'd keep a copy in the PC (with the unmanifested files) but the copy sent to the device would run through the command and lose these files. Of course you could specify any other command. Is there any way of doing this? Thanks. |

No, there isn't. WHy do you care about unmanifested files. The only reason epub-fix exists is for poorly designed publishing services.

Some of these files add a significant extra size (relative to the total ebook size) so I thought it could be useful to remove them before sending the book to the device and save maybe a few percentages point of memory space.
It's not really a big deal but still it could be a feature to allow pre/post actions when running this command. |
