"Device Options", then "Personalise My Kindle". That's where "Recommend Content" is.

Haven't tried it yet. But are you able to view everything with no problems using the Facebook app?
UPDATE...Today my son sent me a Video to watch it played Great with the FB app already installed on the Fire HD
