SHARP electronic notebook

Looking for a new reader, and having always loved Sharp calculators, I wonder if any here have experience with the Japanese Sharp devices? Do they support any popular formats?

I also had similar needs and bought one - it's a disaster. Horrible contrast, barely visible in any conditions outside being outdoors, has a silvery, mirror like finish nothing like matte, diffuse e-ink.

Feels like a piece of tech from the 90s, and uses a resistive touch screen that is really unresponsive.

I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy. It's sad though cuz a good version of this tech could make a really compelling product.
