Issue with greek characters

some weeks ago I created a vocabulary trainer for the greek language.
All greek characters were properly displayed.
After not having used it for some weeks, I wanted to continue to learn greek.
But to my astonishment only latin characters were displayed instead of
greek ones. Same result with all other available fonts.
Does anybody have an idea how to solve this problem?
I have a tolino shine 2 HD, with the most recent software update.

thanx, Helmut
