Hello, this is what I've been missing.

Hello, all. I just wanted to get my intro post out to everyone as soon as I could. I just purchased a Sony PRS-900, and have just been lovin' it. I have only had it for a week or so and I can't believe how I got by without it.
I am happy to find a site where everyone here has an interest in all of this. It has been fun so far. I travel for work and just took my first flight with my ereader in hand, and it was great. All the access to books and having everything in one lightweight place is just amazing. I can't believe it's taken me this long to get one.

Welcome to MR. I love my PRS-900. Will be taking it on its first plane trip next month. How does the screen look under those little cabin lights. (my flights are quite often at night)

Thanks for the warm welcome. It's a great site and I'm having to much fun.

SneakySnake: The screen was great. We know the reviews about the glare. But I had a perfect experience reading with it. But it was during the day and the sun was out. But I did try the light with the shades closed. All you have to do it is just not get in the direct reflection of the light and it seemed to work good for me. Have fun on the trip, I loved it. Read a whole book. A huge surprise for me.
