ROM from source
Is it possible to build a working ROM for PRS-T1/PRS-T2 from the open source packages provided by Sony?
If so has anyone succeded or is working on it? Of course I mean without the proprietary applications, those can be easily replaced since they are not so great on stock rom. I did some search but I got no relevant results. AFAIR there was someone on the forum discussing differences between open source packages provided by Sony for T1 and T2, so there's someone tinkering with them. Moreover: is it possible to install a bootloader like ClockworkMod? This would make backup/restore and package upgrade much comfortable that going through SD rescue or PRS-T1 Update.package procedure. |
