Kindle PW: How to update an ebook from calibre
I made some changes to an ebook (fixed some typos, added a ToC,...) and when I tried to send it again on my PW, the device still had the old version.
Then I tried removing it from the device with Calibre and sending it again but that didn't work either... I finally decided to browse directly into the Kindle and delete all the remaining files related to that ebook and then it worked. My question is: can't I do that from Calibre? |

I think there can be a problem with the Kindle caching books.
I am reasonably certain the following sequence will work: - Connect the Kindle to Calibre - Delete the books in Calibre from the device view - Eject the Kindle to allow it to realise the books have gone - Connect the Kindle to Calibre and resend the book(s) |
