Turning the page...
just curious if any of you have my habit of pressing and holding the page turn button before you're finished reading the current page.

I usually press the page turn button when I'm on the last line, but before I've quite finished reading. I don't hold it down, though.

I"ve learned to turn at just the right time, before I get to the end of the page.......
As soon as I hit the third line or so from the bottom, I hit it. |

My pages turn fast enough under 2.0.2 on Kindle 2; I don't need to start turning in advance.

I read pretty fast too. Maybe I'm just more patient.

Why would you "hold down" the button?

that's right, so I'm getting better about not holding down the button, but for some reason, I still find myself doing it I can be a little slow on the uptake at times...

It's always a contest to see if the kitten or I am going to get to the page button first.

Same here, but voted yes anyway. That way I finish the last few words on that page while it has that slight pause before flashing the next page.
