Emailing PDF's to youremail@Kindle.com

How long does it normally take when you email a pdf book to your Kindle's email address before it shows up on your Kindle?

I still haven't gotten a pdf book that I emailed myself about 10 minutes ago.

I think it depends on how big the book is. I emailed a pdf of Dracula (an Adobe ePub freebie) to myself and it took several hours.

Most things I've sent show up in a few minutes. Most of them are under 100 pages, though.
