Beautify not working

I don't know when (been for a while), but when I click the flower (either for the current page or the whole document on the main TB), nothing happens.
The code lines stay just as messy as they were.
Is there a setting that block its use?

No, no setting. Beautify only beautifies block elements though, so maybe the files you are trying to beautify dont meet that criteria.

Sigil did it for me. Calibre editor is my normal final check

and style clean up

Beautify worked fine for me during the short time I had 4.0 installed.

Obviously something (else) is broken on my system. (The Video driver can't detect the model of the card ON REBOOT, after it did detect it to install it in the first pace.

Funny, everything else (I use) in Calibre 4.1 seems to work.
