Require a tutorial to change boot screensavers

Hi! I managed to access the low level screens folder through winscp but it doesnt grant me adequate permissions to replace the ones already in it with the ones i have edited.How can i change the mount mntro something with PuTTY or WinSCP commands?

So i have to issue custom command mntroot rw through winscp replace my file then again issue a custom command mntroot ro through winscp again. Please correct me if I am wrong.

yes, or you can use PuTTY

Sorry sir, But replacing that didnt help. Amazon had done something else. There was another low_level_screens folder in var/local/blanket which contains *.raw.gz files. I dont know to process these
