There seems to be a bit of inequality on this message board where individuals with high post counts can go off topic as they see fit but someone with a lesser count gets questioned with "What has this to do with a Kindle?" and the thread moved.

Once a thread has reached it logical end which tends to happen when the original question has been answered, thread drift becomes the next step.

OTOH, posting in the wrong forum due to not wanting to look at other forums? That is generally going to get anyone stomped on.

Though I did wonder why this thread was flagged as "Firmware Update" until I read the the first post. Fat fingers strike again!
