Highlights synchronization problem ?

I'm reading the Amazon Kindle ebook All the President's Men on my K3 , and on the first 'page' I've highlighted some text .

First : "Woodward fumbled for the receiver and snapped awake." ,
and then : "Nine o'clock Saturday morning. Early for the telephone. Woodward"

On my K3 ('View Notes & Marks') this results in 1 highlight :

Location 84 - Your Highlight

Nine o'clock Saturday morning. Early for the telephone.
Woodward fumbled for the receiver and snapped awake.
The city editor of theWashington Post was on the line. Five

But the Kindle for PC app shows ('View' / 'Show Notes & Marks') 2 highlights :

Nine o'clock Saturday morning. Early for the
telephone. Woodward fumbled for the
receiver and snapped awake.

Highlight - Location 84

and

Woodward fumbled for the receiver and
snapped awake.

Is this a known bug ?
