Aura H2O Kobo hangs

Hello,

Recently my Kobo aura H2O started freezing, it does not respond to touch.
However afte closing the sleep cover and opening it back again, the device is back to normal for a few minutes. After which the reader stops responding again. Is there anything I can do remedy this problem? Or am I seriously out of luck.

Try restarting/rebooting.

@boJob: The restart that Cinisajoy is always a good starting point.

But, you don't give much information about what is happening. "started freezing, it does not respond to touch." doesn't really tell us much. We really need to know what you are doing at the time. Reading? Looking for a book to read? Making an annotation? (and there is a problem with making annotations that fits what you describe) What format are the books you read? Something else?

And it is always good to tell us what firmware you are running. There are a few that have particular problems and we would immediately tell you upgrade, or possibly downgrade, from it.

Well the problem seems to have resolved it's self after I finished the book that I was reading, so maybe there was a problem with the epub. Anyway all is good now, thanks for the help.

Check the ePub with epubcheck 4.0.2 to see if it has any errors. Most likely it will. Reading software doesn't expect errors and some errors can cause issues.
