Running from source after V0.7.32

For those of you who run from source, starting yesterday running calibre from source uses new packages that exist only in the binary version. If you merge from trunk and run, at best you will see some messages about ICU missing but calibre will work. At worst it won't run at all.

I or Kovid will post here if and when an interim binary release containing the necessary code becomes available.

This also means that you will need to do a full install of 0.7.33 when it becomes available.
