How to Share with iPod Touch Users?

Hi there, thanks in advance for any help.

A friend of mine bought my Kindle book and planned to use the Kindle app for her iPod. Now I'd like to send her an updated version of the ebook, but I'm not sure how to do this? Is there a certain electronic format I should create that her device can read? Can she use a prc file with the Kindle app on her iPod?
