"Automatic Downloaders" framework
Hi folks,
there are numerous automatic downloaders for different newspapers, comics etc. out there. Using more than one of them is not very handy, as they all start a new network connection and take some time to download. I've found a better and faster way to automate things a little bit. You can integrate the newspaper download into the existing iDS mechanism:

Sounds like a pretty good idea. I've considerably improved the speed of the RSS feature on Feedbooks for the next update and will provide a new API and Mobipocket support too. Using all these features along with the automatic downloading mechanism of iDS should provide a great experience for iLiad users.

I've completed the first version of the framework, have a look... A Feedbooks integration would be cool of course. Maybe you could use the iNewsStand to queue wanted downloads and get them while connecting to the iDS?
