Good news, everyone! (Wi-Fi only nook can be softrooted)



Just follow the same steps as you would for the original nook, and it works fine!

(Thank ncommander and poutine for talking me into it and helping me out on the nookdevs IRC.)

Hi, with official firmware 1.4 now supporting web browsing and directly jump to pages, can someone give me some idea exactly what specific benefits I will have for softroot? and in case it doesn't work out, can I go back to the official firmware again?
