FBReader Version 0.7.4b is released

Changes:

Added option 'Language For Encoding Detection'.
Added Chinese encodings detection. (This requires libenca 1.9.)
Improved RTF support.
Improved HTML support.
Maemo package is divided into libenca and fbreader-maemo packages.
Config is broken into several files.
Fixed scrolling in 'Keep Lines' mode.

This makes a big difference to me (actually it was probably the "a" release). Now I can download books on my Nokia 770 directly from Fictionwise. Previously the non-DRM Palm Doc books wouldn't work and I had to convert them. They work perfectly now.
