Yes, that should only apply to new orders not those of us who placed their order prior to them adding that notice.

I'm order number #388, my order was placed on the 16th of June, and they have had my money since the 22nd.

I have been repeatedly lied to over dates and shipping. (Whether they intended to lie is another question).

The last email from iRex, on this subject, stated I should have it by Monday at the latest.

I don't even have a tracking number yet so thats looking exceedingly unlikely.

I'm not saying this to let Irex off the hook or anything because they may indeed be putting a spin on the shipping, but I have ordered plenty of times through UPS and many of those times I wound up having the item in my hands before ever seeing a tracking number.

Don't worry about it Pitcher, I go through stages of railing at tham, and defending them regularly.

To everyone I apologise for my recent stroppy moodswings, particularly today. Several bad things all happened over last weekend (the least of which was me being ill) and things kinda came to a head today when something else happened (Specifically the local gas company threatening me with court action for a bill I had already paid).

And it's made me more tempremental than usual. So I apologise if I have taken it out here (though better to do it in cyberspace than go postal in Docklands I guess).

Hopefully things will get back to someform or normality

I heard about a guy who kept getting a bill from a company for $0.00 (computer had it stuck in its craw, you see). And the company kept sending nasty letters and bill collectors, the whole shebang. Untill the poor man finally wrote out a check for $0.00, which made the computer happy and took care of the problem.

In this case, the problem was that their online payment system was broken, so I phoned through and paid, with a debit card.

And they told me it had gone through. However it appears it it actually diddn't go through at all. Apparently they sent me a letter to this effect on the 22nd of May (which was never received). And instead of say something sensible, like _phoning_ me. The next stage in their process is to send a letter threatening you with court action.

This is the 2nd time they have threatened to take me to court to get access to my apartment. The last time wasn't even over a bill. They are required by law to do a check on the boiler every 2 years apparently. But they don't inform you first when the engineer is going to be sent round. And as they chose a week day I was at work.

Because they couldn't gain access (what a shock given that during the week I am normally at work) they sent a letter telling me that if I diddn't give them access next time they would again take me to court for access to my property.
