Anyway, I did never ever have such a thrilling - and funny, I am not angry! - buying experience. And that's from someone who imported a C860 Zauraus direct from Japan...and did not understand a word while doing so...

They forgot to ship it with my company name. Just my name, so it will probably get returned when they cannot find my name on the door. Will have to get them to change the details tomorrow, as UPS does not allow the recipient to change such information due to security issues. That is a total pain. Tried it before with a laptop from Dell, and everyone ended up very confused about where to send it, and it ended up the wrong place.

Exclamation

Maybe make the email adresses disappear, so that they will not be bombarded with email sent from viruses using web-browser caches or by spammers harvesting web sites?!

Further inspection of the WISMO site reveals it is managed by arbato services:
"arvato services have been instructed by Microsoft to request all customer's to direct their queries to their nominated Microsoft Customer Service Representative @ Microsoft European Operations Center who are in the best position to support your requirements. Thank you again for using the www.ms-wismo.com tool and taking the time to log your query to Microsoft. " signed fmv@bertelsmann de

Just checked and my number isn't in the system yet either.

Still, progress is progress, mustn't grumble .

Nah. People associated with Microsoft Freight deserve mail bombing.
