I beleive the HG Wells books are now back. But it must be remembered that the Editors and Mods are not staff. They are unpaid volunteers.

How can we help?
Is there anything a non-moderator can do to help?
I was thinking maybe we could sift through off-line posts and provide actual links to eligible books, or something similar. I clearly see that one major problem is that so many of the posts contain NO author / illustrator / translator death dates. So somebody must have had to do research for that info, and make manual selections to take books offline in the first place. (because no info was ever added to the original posts) Is there a list/database with that information? Jon, how about if you jump in and donate a little of your free time? Before anyone goes through the books, is the info used to remove these books available someplace and if so, can these be made easily accessible?

The vast majority of titles from the offline library that now meet the Life+70 requirement have been manually reinstated. If you find something that you think was overlooked, by all means mention it in the Offline About thread or report it to an editor.
