It was working just 3 days ago. I know my PC is detecting the KF when it's connected, but not Calibre.

See the line
(21, 'GetDiskFreeSpaceEx', 'The device is not ready.') That means your Kindle Fire is not "settling" down. Try rebooting the Fire and your PC. Also try connecting the fire, waiting a minute and then starting calibre. |
