Calibre2OPDS Custom Catalog Inquiry

Hi,

I tried to create a custom based catalog - title is "Postapokalypse / Dystopie"

Is it possible to use several tags (custom catalog search), e.g.:

tags:"xxx" and "yyy" and "zzz"

which means that several books with different tags are (see below) under one umbrella?

I tried it with spaces, and/or etc, but does not work

thanks Peter

I refer to the last line: tried to include "Postapokalypse", "Endzeit" and "Dystopie"

You need to precede each value with tags: (in this case similar syntax to main Calibre program search syntax).

thanks for reply!

generally that works:

tags:"Dystopie" or tags:"Endzeit" or tags:"Postapokalypse"

the inquiry includes all books that have one of these tags - but:

Unfortunately, all multiple tags will be added to the custom catalog title, too

e.g:

"Dystopie" = 3 books
"Endzeit"" = 4 books
"Postapokalypse" = 5 books

The custom catalog title should now present 12 books, but don't - because:

there is no exclusion of the additional tags which run with the single books - if I have added the single tag "Crime" to just one book within the 3 groups i receive a total amount of 13 books; the addition of more tags per title as eg "Crime", "America" "important" etc will result in even more books than 13...

Well, solution is as follows:

tags:"=Dystopie" or tags:"=Endzeit" or tags:"=Postapokalypse"

Even if one or more books contain multiple tags the total amount of the 3 tags within the catalog title is correct (12)

thanks for your help!
