Troubleshooting Internet Bookmarks

I have a K3 and I cannot see how to rearrange the order of my internet bookmarks, any new ones just add to the end of the list but I would like to be able to reorder them.

The only way I can think you might be able to do it is to create your own epub file (that lists your personal bookmarks) in Sigil and then convert it to Kindle format using Calibre. Then upload it to your Kindle reader. The actual browser in Kindle ereaders just seems to allow you to type URL's in and save them for easy access.
