You know what?! I've just discovered that "next monday" is a commonly used french phrase for "not a clue".

You know what?! The new FW for CyBook is out and supports ePUB, PDF AND Mobi, but there is a hitch.
What hitch?
It just supports DRMed eBooks...

What do we and Bookeen have in common? We both don't know when the new FW will be released.

- The new FW for the old Cybook was released today!

An intermediate-release of the new FW has been announced today:
It has full folder support, functional delete button, page numbers and all... Sadly it lacks support for any known eBook format except the new xPUB, that will be presented by Bookeen next monday.

The new FW for the CyBook is out!

1.) Finally a release date has been set for the next firmware update: It will definitely be launched one day after "Duke Nukem Forever" hits the stores ...

2.) Bookeen already had the firmware ready and stored it in a folder on a Cybook - only to realize afterwards the didn't include any folder support yet. And no they can't find it anymore ...

3.) On June the 4th Bookeen deeply apologizes to all customers for "some sort of misunderstanding". They never meant "firmware update", but a "firm wear update" and proudly present a new hardbound case for the Cybook on the same occasion ...
