where do you buy your books?
Just curious to see where Sony readers buy their books from? Is it the Sony store, or other? I have only two places where I go; Sony and Kobo.

Anywhere that sells DRM free books. I won't buy a book with DRM.

I don't currently use a Sony although I have in the past. It hasn't really changed where I buy, it's still the same as it was...

Uk choice isn't that great unfortunately, Waterstones or any company that uses adobe DRM should be ok but it's worth searching the details beforehand.

Sony, dead last. IMO the worst online bookstore, bar none. Kobo, mostly. Smashwords, when I"m looking for a new author especially. And when I'm buying for my Droid Bionic smartphone (a better eReader than you might think) Amazon, then Kobo.

I buy a lot from Smashwords, they're DRM-free.

I buy a number of books from Sony store. It has its quirks.
I also buy from B&N, Kobo, and Amazon based on availability and price. Also Baen. |

I buy most of my literary ebooks from Amazon, because they can be converted to ePub and used on my Sony. Computer textbooks I tend to buy direct from O'reilly or Sitepoint, they usually bundle ePub, PDF and Mobi files so I use the ePub there too.
