Only one main calibre library shows at a time and the ones seen on your device's main memory and any card. What exactly are you referring to?

I think I might know what your referring to. With 0.7.?? the device library moved to the top row of icons (see attached).

Correct. I had been playing with the multiple libraries feature and then when looking at the Kobo Im_reading feature, the multiple libraries were gone. Then I saw it was gone only when the device was connected.

You are correct, you can not change libraries while connected to a device.
