Amazon *IS* a threat to free competition, content providers and privacy.

They need to be slapped down, regulated and broken up.

Google are much more evil. There is nothing positive. They bought in Android.

Facebook is a threat to privacy and democracy

Big international corporations think they can make their own rules and ignore ethics, law, treaties, governments, Intellectual property rights, privacy etc to build empires and profit. The worst are so called US Tech Companies.
Facebook & Alphabet (Google) are not tech companies. They are advertisers.
Amazon is not a tech company. It's a services company with retailing as a sideline.

Amazon, Facebook, Google (Alphabet), Microsoft, Apple, Oracle, IBM, HP etc can't be allowed to behave badly because they produce some useful services or products.
