Running with Scissors $2.00 ($11.20!)

I was reading the connect newsletter of bestsellers and it told me that the Augusten Burroughs book 'Running with Scissors' is $2.00. (Bookseller note: very plausible, the massmarket is out). When I went to the connect store it was $2.00, but when I added it to my cart it said $11.20! FOUL!

It took me a very long time to find the contact customer service form...we'll see what Sony says...but there's no reason to be paying trade paper prices for a book that is in mass market especially when advertised lower.

This happened to me, as well. The good news is Sony refunded my account the next day. Customer support was excellent... in this case, at least

Go back and check again. I just bought it for $2.00.
