Angry ~5 weeks and nothing happens

Sorry for this thread but i must calm down. Five weeks before my iRex got a display error (white line not bad but bothersome). I contacted the support and a nice man told me that they send me a return box (it should be in warranty ). Two weeks later i was still waiting and i asked again. He told be they have logistics issues. And today i'm still here with a white line and since two weeks with a flipbar witch changes randomly one or five pages (no thats not the bigjump feature ).

Edit: Stupid day. The support send me a message that the box has been shipped

I can feel your pain, I had some fun trying to get them to deal with a screen issue previously, in fairness to them, once they responded to my emails, from my receipt of the return box the iLiad was gone maybe a week.

They have moved their support in house so that may be causing some of the logistics issues they mentioned
