So you are running at 33Mhz.
33 Khz would be strange, it is even lower than a C64 or a ZX81.

So it is not Hz but kHz IMHO. Just to clarify

All modded ipdfs for 2.12.x have included powersaving, because it's a built-in feature of iRex' ipdf src.

Yeah, this is a pretty old thread. iRex has already added powersaving into the main code in recent firmware versions. They throttle the CPU back after a page turn.
