Support for creating foot notes / end notes seems like a great feature request. If fully implemented, the following options should be supported.

1) Should a "back" link be created?
2) Should the notes be created in a separate xhtml file for the entire book (a notes chapter) or should the notes be created at the end of each chapter.

I didn't know that . It may not be valid, but it appears to work just fine.
