Chapters or Sections in Notes; Organizing Notebooks

Total newbie here. Is it possible to create sections or chapters in a notebook on my Max 3?

I would like to have a notepad for my business and create chapters for my clients.

Otherwise, how is everyone else organizing their notes?

I would like to clarify my post. I know I can set up shelves, which is the obvious way to do what I am asking. However, I was wondering if I can do sections within a notebook. In addition to being able to divide a notebook into clients, I would also like to have the ability to set some sort of bookmarks or dividers for different time periods, projects, or important dates for a client.
