Red Light of death?

Hello, I'm new in this forum and new to kobo. Right now I'm using kobo glo hd for about 2 months and suddenly today my kobo is kinda broken.

Sometimes I can turn it on and it can run normally but after a while it going kaput and when I tried to reset I get a long red light coming from the button. I can manage to factory reset but the problem still lingering. Is it because of the hardware fault or the sd card? how can i get the warranty? Thank you very much

Have you tried leaving it on a wall charger for 24 hours?
