Decode sqlite Event ExtraData BLOB

Has anyone figured out how to decode this BLOB field? And write it back with different values?

It has been a while, but I have had a look at it. I can't say I worked out what is in them. I'm pretty sure there isn't a single definition. It is probably different for each event type. And, based on what I can see, it is appears to be a set of Qt based objects. My guess it is a serialized object for each event, but I haven't gone any further than that.
