The best part about the minions is you can take the broken pieces, add a drop of water and smash 'em back together to make new ones.

Although now that you mentioned chocolate minions I might need to see what I can come up with.

You just need some kind of a binding agent...like nuts, rice krispies, M & M's...to help hold them together...and make them more tasty.
