Merge a collection of epubs with Sigil
I am a Sigil newbee.
I was expecting it to be easy to merge a collection of epubs to create a single ebook with Sigil but now I see no way to do it. I have been creating one epub per chapter with abbyy. I now want to merge the chapters together into one Sigil ebook. How do I do that? Thanks in advance for any help. |

You can use calibre, and the [GUI Plugin] EpubMerge.

@portersprings - The EPubMerge PI will do the job, but I it will require you to install and get to grips with the calibre GUI which may be overkill for you.
AFAIK Abbyy don't offer any authoring tools, so what did you feed into Abbyy to get it to produce the chapter EPUBs. It maybe better to merge those files rather than the EPub files created by Abbyy. BR Last edited by BetterRed; 08-15-2014 at 04:28 AM. |
