Turning off Series Auto-Increment Completely
I HAD my Calibre set up so that I could assign my own series numbers. Then I had a disc fail and had to reinstall. Now the "auto increment" feature is running when I edit metadata and tries to set the series numbers automatically.
How do I turn it off again? (Note: I am not talking about the system tweak that sets it when you add books. I don't use that at all.) Thank you, JP |

AFAIK that Tweak IS effective for ALL entries into the Library.
Mine is set to : # Auto increment series index series_index_auto_increment = u'no_change' use_series_auto_increment_tweak_when_importing = False |

Thank you. That worked. I knew it was in there somewhere, but couldn't remember what to do.
