Thank you so much. I installed the Direct Page Control and the clock and they are great. Love 'em. You have made my reading a lot easier.

Hi DiaboloNL,
I flashed now many times my PRS500 with Igorsk flasher and I am very satisfied with all the results. One Question: I flashed your direct page with Powering Off and it works, but after I shut the book off with Enter, it is doing always a reboot which takes a few minutes. What did I wrong? This "power off" mode is probably only useful for storing your reader for a long period of time without running down the battery. The normal power switch just puts the reader in to a standby mode that turns back on quickly, but pulls a surprising amount of power. For example, I kept a reader sitting on the shelf in the "power off" mode for about a month and it still showed four bars of power when turned off. If it was in the normal standby mode that battery would probably have been dead. Cheers, Bob |

I don't have any empirical proof, but I always power off my reader when I'm not using it, and even with reading at least a little something every day, it seems that my battery life is significantly better than when I'm using standby mode.

Someone can help me?
I'm thinking to write some Hacks and I want to know where can I find information about the API (functions, variables...) you can use in the application.xml |
