It appears to have been moved to the 'General Discussions' forum. That forum is described as "General discussions about e-book reading not specific to a device, software or format", so I can't see the logic in that at all.

I presume it's a mistake?

I would imagine so, unless they're trying to segregate ebook related rants from non ebook related rants, and even then it wouldn't make sense.
