Very interesting article indeed - thank you for posting it. Only one minor quibble; they say, talking about iBooks:

Canada still has nothing but free. I wasn't expecting it though. Back when the ipad was announced, Jobs said late Fall was the expected date for international sales due to publisher negotiations. I was just happy they released iBooks ahead of that.
