File names in Right to left languages

I've searched here but i cannot find a solution to this.
When I put in my Kobo+Koreader files with hebrew names the names are shown in hebrew letters but from left to right(like "seman werbeh"). Can I see them from right to left?

Unfortunately not, see https://github.com/koreader/koreader/issues/1426

PRs very much welcome.

I guess it would need something like HarfBuzz but I don't know much about it.
