Hi!
Hi from London (well, not so far from the city!). I joined the forum specifically to ask a question about conversion (which I will do after this). I had a Kobo for some years, before all the buttons in the bottom right-hand corner fell to pieces. I just got a Kindle Paperwhite for my mother, who is 91 years old and has very, very poor eyesight. She misses reading and I thought the Kindle might help. So far, we are still experimenting..
I worked for years (I have to confess!!) for the British Library, so am an unrepentant paper ('real') book addict, but I am sure I am not the only one here :-) That said, I have certainly appreciated the Kobo on my regular trips to Asia. I expect I will get to know, and appreciate, the Kindle now in the same way... Martin |
