iMac : grey screen. cant see anything but it is there.
I had a bit of crash on my iMac running 10.13.4 and did a bunch of diagnositics. I forced a shutdown of Calibre. Since that, when I open Calibre all I get is a grey screen. I get the tool tips that are corrects when I hover over the grey part, so "underneath" everything is there, but all the windows show only grey. I ran debug mode, and all was fine, and here is the debug output.

Reason: wrap log in spoiler
In that case I dont think it is anything in calibre, seems like the problem is lower down in the system. The only other suggestion I have is to disconnect your Kyocera device which calibre is trying to connect to.
It seems like it may have something to do with mySIMBL. I remembered I had recently changed some settings in it before the problem started--I disabled one of the bundles and now Calibre works okay.
