eReader with an 11" or 12"" screen and physical buttons

Do any ereaders exist that have 11" or 12" screens and have page turn buttons and possibly a nav pad on it?

No.
There are only screens around 10 inches and 13.3.
I only know Pocketbook Inkpad Lite (9,7) and Pocketbook Inkpad X (10,3) with page turn buttons.
Nav Pad would be possible via Bluetooth, but the EInk screens are too slow to display the cursor movement - except for Boox Tab devices.

You left out the forthcoming Pocketbook Inkpad Pro X.

If someone wants an 11-12" screen, why would you recommend a 9.7" screen when there is a 10.3" screen?

I did not recommend - I listed what is there.
My first word was "No" - there is nothing he wants.
