debricking files need
hi, finally my usb uart came, i'm charging the kindle but every guide i see, i need 4 files, and i can get only two, i'm following this https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=180789
but this two files repository are down kernel-kt-5.0.0.img: main kernel. mmcblk0p1-kt-5.0.0.img: main partition. can anyone help me please, do i need thoose files? |

KT = Kindle Touch =/= Kindle Paperwhite
= those files are not for you Kindle device. Nor did first Paperwhite ever use firmware 5.0.0 (that was factory firmware build on Kindle Touch). And you should definitely use some more recent debricking instructions that are applicable to Paperwhite.
