Thanks, I did realised it later, and installed correct version but even coplate is also showing same error, bypassed it by commenting out the device check in mrpi.

But KO reader is still crashing on start.

On kual it shows Kindle model as K2 on bottom it needs to show pw5 right?

In my case, PW4 with FW 5.16.2.1.1, mrpi failed to read the build numbers. I try to debug it, and I find out that awk is not working at all. Even when I use gawk it still does not work. So I tried other ways to get version numbers, and at last, I did it by using sed multiple times.

Ah, I spent 2 hours on trying to fix by myself. I should check it out if there is a new version before even I try to fix it. Thanks for telling me.

Hi, @NiLuJe.
I have a jailbroken Kindle Scribe on 5.16.2 with serial ---23M--, and there is an issue with MRPI--it even failed to install jailbreak hotfix.

After I copied MR Installer(version r19293) to kindle, copied hotfix (Update_jailbreak_hotfix_1.16.N_install.bin) to folder "mrpackages", and then entered ;log mrpi, there appeared an error "failed to remount rootfs ro".

The log file is showed below.
