I know nothing about the quality of the writing, but I still do want to read it.

I have it on hold at Overdrive. At my library, there are almost 300 holds on the e-book and audiobook. I thought that was impressive, but then out of curiosity I checked NYPL--almost 900 holds there.

Someone who bitched about it merely succeeded in driving up interest.

#338 - but there are 40 copies. Expect it is a fast read as well.

The people who don't like Trump will read it, the people who like Trump will ignore it. The reverse was true for Gingrich's Understanding Trump, Allen's Shattered and Wead's Game of Thorns. Six months from now, no one will even remember it, just like the other three books. Most of these quickly written political books are for the most part echo chamber books.

I wait for mainstream book reviews, and early indications are that non-ideological ones may not be all that positive.

Most of these type books aren't really all that good from a non ideological point of view.

I agree. Except I'm in the first camp and I can still see this feels like a very exploitative and tabloid-y book.

This book has me really scared! What if someone decides to write something like this about me!

On the other hand, maybe I could get rich writing this kind of book about one of you! Hmmm! Issybird? Zodwallop? PDurant? I know! JWolf! I'll call it "Fire and Fury: The Evils of Mobi!

If you write a book about me, I'll buy it! You'll have to change the name though, since I swiped ZodWallop from William Browning Spencer (a very good book, but mainly I just like how it sounds).
